These Terms of Service govern your use of the Klenivo website and your purchase or use of products offered through the store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Online store terms

You may not use the store or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not interfere with the store's security, operation, or the rights of other customers.

Product information and safe use

Product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and promotions may change without notice. We work to present information accurately, but errors may occur and colors or packaging may vary by display, production run, or lawful update.

Klenivo drain treatments must be used only as directed on the complete product label. Identify the drain and connected materials before use, follow all quantity, water, temperature, contact-time, ventilation, protective-equipment, storage, and rinse directions, and keep products away from children and pets. Never mix a Klenivo treatment with bleach, acids, ammonia, another drain cleaner, or any other household chemical. Stop use and seek appropriate professional help when a drain is completely obstructed, repeatedly backs up, leaks, is damaged, or contains unknown or incompatible materials.

Website education is general information and does not replace the final package label, a plumber's assessment, emergency guidance, or professional advice.

Orders, prices, and availability

We may limit or cancel quantities, reject suspected fraudulent orders, correct errors, or discontinue an offer where permitted by law. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final total are shown at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and does not prevent cancellation when payment, inventory, pricing, fraud, or shipping issues require it.

Returns and delivery

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery are governed by the policies published on this store and by applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Klenivo name, site design, product copy, graphics, photographs, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Klenivo and may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Klenivo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from misuse, failure to follow the label, use on an incompatible system, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
